Our Commitment

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against any guest or prospective guest in relation to accommodation, pricing, availability, or any aspect of the rental experience on the basis of:

This policy is in compliance with Greek anti-discrimination law (Law 3304/2005) and EU anti-discrimination directives.

Physical Accessibility

We are transparent about the physical characteristics of our property so guests can make an informed decision:

• The property is a traditional two-storey stone house.
• There are steps at the entrance and between floors.
• The property is not fully wheelchair accessible due to its traditional architecture.
• Doorways and corridors are of traditional Greek island width.
• The garden and veranda are accessible from ground level.
• The bathroom is on the ground floor.
• The twin bedroom is located on a mezzanine level and is accessed by internal stairs.

Due to the traditional character of the property, some areas may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for unsupervised young children. Guests are encouraged to contact us before booking if they have any concerns regarding accessibility or safety.

If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking so we can advise honestly whether the property is suitable and discuss any reasonable adjustments we can make.

Families & Children

Families with children are warmly welcome. We provide:

• A travel cot (crib) on request at no additional charge for infants under 2 years.
• A high chair on request.
• A safe outdoor area suitable for family use.
• Honest information about the beach access and surroundings for families with young children.

LGBTQ+ Guests

All couples, families and individuals are equally welcome at ChalKi Dream regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.

Pets

We welcome well-behaved pets on prior request. Please inform us of your pet(s) before booking so we can confirm suitability and discuss any applicable supplements.

Website Accessibility

We have designed our website with accessibility in mind:

• Semantic HTML5 structure with appropriate ARIA labels.
• Designed with accessibility principles in mind, including keyboard navigation support where reasonably practicable.
• Efforts to provide sufficient colour contrast for readability and usability.
• Efforts to provide descriptive alternative text for images.
• Responsive design for all screen sizes.
• Form labels properly associated with inputs.
• Focus-visible states for keyboard users.
